I'm a North Carolina based artisan creating wildly colorful surreal art. I find peace and joy in the creation of life (through the reering of my children and nurturing and observing of mother nature) and giving life to my thoughts and imagination through my artwork. While most of my original pieces are acrylic paintings; I keep my hands and mind busy making clay jewelry and transforming shoes and other miscellaneous finds into works of art. I draw inspiration from my love of nature, sci-fi, current societal issues and my experiences as a woman and mother. While im an introvert through and through I express myself loudly with vivid colors and bold imagery. I hope my pieces make you think and smile all at once for there is joy in not knowing.
